Exclamation i think im screwed!!!

alright so everyone pretty much tweaks out there comp and adds alot of stuff to it, i think ive got to the point where it got f'd up. so here it is.....

my c drive (im guessing) crashed but its all good i switched my main drive to F, lost alot of stuff. and my admin tools is GONE! one day i started getting a weird folder on my desktop with admin tools in it, i tried moving it back to where it was, but it kept sayin i couldn't, so i ended up deleting it some how, one day it appeared empty so it allowed me to delete it, then i checked its normal spot, and its gone... (what im bout to say next, been happing during the admin tools disaperance) when i click on start and right click something in my computer tab, says it has a problem and takes off what i got on my task bar, no prob doesnt crash my comp or anything but.. it pisses you off sometimes. (also happing during admin prob....) i got a new SONY cd/dvd burner, couse i thought that was the reason it wasn't reading it, it played cds but never burned, (with media player ect.) so i got nero, that worked good as hell for bout 70 cds or more then the trial version ended, and back to nothing working so, the windows media player says i need to connect a burner, any other burning program i tried so far, says i only got 0:01 left on blank cd (brand new cds) my liveone stopped working i cant access my fire wall settings, liveone is all f'd up, internet works fine (got mozilla) im not much of a comp wiz, but staying up reading about it and trying myself to fix probs, i learned a bit bout comps, but i guess not anough haha idk... also i think my comp has been jacked not to long ago i recoverd but thats how i think my C drive crashed, luckly we got a fat32 drive to cover for it.... anyways if any one has any idea how to fix these probs please help me,
thanx
ps. ive got my comp set up for multi profiles, (more then one person here) and we are all set as admins,

By the sounds of it, I'm guessing that you will have to reinstall the operating system. I wouldn't fool around with it if I were you........If you have the expertise then sure, go for it, at the end you might learn something too but if you think you don't have the time, then, cut your lost and format the drive and reinstall (save your files before formatting).

In any case, if you have specific issue that needs to be looked after, then drop us a line here, someone will be able to help you out.

Cheers

You repair the drive by using the install cd. You can't do it from within windows.

Boot from the cd as normal, but bypass the "press R" repair option. Proceed as if to install new again. Your existing installation will be detected and the option to repair it will be given.

The service pack level of your installation will equal whatever the CD was, so If the CD was an original pre-service pack release, you will have no service packs installed. All winupdates will be removed.
