Explorer.exe AND TaskManager are down...

Yes, I created an account to post this for help. Now moving on...

Explorer.exe, the eggshell of your computer including StartBar and Desktop, turns off occasionally. Oddly enough it comes back up about half of the time and says that a file named Windows/Nail.exe cannot be found. Now ussually I can open my TaskManager and RUN the command explorer.exe to re-open it manually for when it doesn't open itself. But now TaskManager comes up with an error...
__________________________________________________ ____________

X "Task Manager has been disabled by you administrator."

_______
|__OK__|
__________________________________________________ ____________

So now I can't fix it, and according to other web sites, Trojans and whatever other kinds of viruses do that, not an actual administrator. So now explorer.exe goes out of commission, and TaskManager doesn't help. I got lucky this time and had Internet Explorer up before explorer.exe crashed. I can't think of what to do, besides RunAs, but that's in the StartBar, and that wouldn't fix my TaskManager problem. I have no clue weather or not there is some sort of Key input to open it individually, but getting either of these fixed would help significantly.

Thanks, have a good day!

Bad news I'm afraid:

nail.exe is a is a hijacker which means it will intermittently change your Internet Explorer settings / Desktop to the link of it's author's sponsors. This program is usually installed through consent, however it is sometimes packaged as another product. This process is a security risk and should be removed from your system.

See any of these for a remedy:

download SyperAntiSpyware, Spybot s&d, update, scan in safe mode (f8 on startup) and see if they find any malware or spyware.
