I kept getting install wizard for new hardware which I thought it was ok but everytime I tried to install the hardware it wouldn't install...i finally payed attention to what was going on and realized it was asking for the video controller. I went to the Device Manage and seen ? on the multimedia video controller so I tried to update it by right clicking and that didn't work. I've spent almost two straight days looking for a fix to this problem and still havn't found one. I even went so far as to get a driver program to see if it could get the missing controller drivers but it was not able to find them either...........what do I do????

Hi,
Some VGA cards need you to install the driver before attaching the card to your PC (Weird I know) and once it's installed, it'll prompt you to then install your graphics card.
Once connected, turn on the PC And it'll say found new HW, and it'll install the driver you installed prior to attaching the card.
Also, when you went in to DM, and you clicked on "Update driver" did you click on your DVD drive?
