drive problem?

hey whenever i open my drive i get the option of open with.... and a number of programs appear
what shud i do

You get the program list when you open the drive? OR do you get the list when you insert a CD or DVD / Game?

Can you be a little more specific and provide any info as to when it started, the make and or model of your PC etc.

the problem is when i open my drive
that is when i double click on it

Strange.

Have you tried this in safe mode? IF it's OK in safe mode then it's an OS problem.

You could try and download the Auto Play fix from MS.com and see if this helps cure it.

I've never heard of this happening, well not on my machines anyway.
