Software File Association Issues

At my job we have two computers pretty much dedicated to using two very specific programs, however, one of them recently crashed and needed to be reformatted. One of the programs we had on disk, but the other we have nothing for. So i copied all of the installed data from the other computer and put it in all the same directories on the other one. When I went to run the program it said it was missing a dll file, so i continued to search on the other computer and move as necessary (about 5+ .dll and .ocx files it prompted for) also used the regserver to register the files. now when I run the porgram I get the following dialog: "ActiveX Component cannot create object" - This does not give me the similar 429 error. I can't help but wonder if there are other files associated with the program that it did not prompt me for... So finally, my question is, is there are program that can look at an exe or something and tell me all the files that are needed to run the program?
