Spyware an protection has taken over my computer

I have no task manager and every few seconds I get a window alert that I have spyware attacking my system. I've run spybot and windows defender I have a proprietry anti-virus protection called e trust I have a log run via trend micro but it's too long to post! Please help!! now I'm getting security alerts that I'm infected with worm.win32.netbooster
