100% CPU Usage

Hello everyone,

I recently bought this computer which came with all its drivers and some extra programs (Nero, Avast Anti virus) and etc. I had some problems with the system tools (system defragment wouldn't open) and ended up reformatting it. I have reformatted my old computer plenty of times, so I didn't find any problems reformatting my new computer.

Although, once I reformatted it -> Nothing worked.

My internet wouldn't work, my sound wouldn't work, I could barely do anythin g on this computer. Slowly I had to download Drivers from my other laptop, burn them into a disc, put them in my new computer and load them.

I got my internet to work, loaded a couple of drivers (graphic card, sound card) and got things to work.

But after that, everytime I install something, open LimeWire, or even watch videos, my computer lags. The sound its playing either stops, or gets stuck repeating the same thing over and over again.

My CPU Usage goes up to 100%, and I can't do anything but wait till the program is finished installing. I tried so many things, checked all my drivers, system restored but still this problem continues, I cannot use my computer everytime something is installing.

Sometimes I even hear "click" noises from my CPU, and its not even a month old.

Whats running on your PC? Open task manager>processes and see whats running. Also look in device manger, is every thing ok no yellow! Event viewer is also a good place to look for errors.

Everything is fine;

Although in device manager in the Other Section it says a yellow question mark on "PCI".
