Sound Driver Problem

Hi,
I have a Dell Deminsion 4700 pc. No sound except from sound embeded in email.
I replaced the driver from dell and get sound until I reboot. Then no sound again.

I downloaded JV16 power tools and fixed all errors. Other pgms like RegCure still show problems but not sure of the validity of the scan.

Any Ideas?
