Hi , My DVD\RW wont write and to cut a long story short, I went into Device Manager and looked at my what I call reader and writer, the Reader is a WDC WD200EB-00BHFO and the Writer is a WDC400EB-00CPF0, now in the properties section for the reader it says Device Usage enabled, and in the writer the Device Usage is grey and has nothing in it, does this mean Im missing the driver for my writer and how would I find this as I dont have the discs anymore as my husband built this pc for me. Is there anywhere I can download the driver if this is my problem. I thank you for your time in reading my post.
