Computer is EXTREMELY slow!

I recently had and removed a trojan on my computer, plus some adware/spyware. However my computer still runs extremely slow no matter what task I am perform. I'm not sure what is causing this problem. Does anyone know what the problem may be and/or how to fix it? Below are summaries of my computer using Belarc Advisor and Everest.

I noticed your hard drive space is running low...just keep an eye on it and remove all unwanted programs. Are you sure that your still not infected?
Try a online scan http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
