Any freeware that lets me convert a .BIN to a .JPEG?

There's this site that lets u upload custom stages u made in a video game called 'Super Smash Brothers Brawl' for Nintendo Wii. I uploaded my custom stage to the site, and it's up for download (someone already downloaded it, too). Now here's my problem. I plug my SD card reader into the USB port and it comes up with a folder for all of my snapshot/replay/custom stage data I have on my Super Smash Brothers Brawl game. All of this which is saved onto my SD (Secure Data) card. Now these files r all .BINs (Binary Data File). I want to attatch some snapshots of my stage to my stage, but it's in a .BIN format. The problem is that the site needs a .JPEG format to upload to the site, but mine is a .BIN. Is there anyway I can convert my .BIN snapshot data from my SD card to a .JPEG format so I can attatch pictures of different angles I took of my stage to my already uploaded stage?

Sorry but I came up empty after "Googling" for 20 minutes. Problem is, BIN is not a graphics format whereas JPG is. It's like trying to convert apples to oranges. Not even the class-leading (and very expensive) Photoshop CS3 can open bin files so there's little chance of finding anything that will. Even if it does exist it's unlikely to be free.

Urm..me also cannot find any converter (.bin-.jpeg). But have you tried to save as choose jpeg using ms paint? You can do that also. If you have a lot of snpshots its a long process to do that. But it is possible.

MS Paint wont open .bin images, and neither will any other photo editing software will. Not even Photoshop CS3 trial version! But I found out how to convert .bin - jpeg a long time ago.

I recieved a link to a site that is a decrypter. U Browse for ur .bin image, and click ok. Then click Decrypt, and wait 2 secs. Then, a Save As window comes up. I reccomend saving it to the Desktop cuz it's easier to access. Then after u save it, it'll appear were us aved it to as a jpeg. U can do anything u want with it now I hope this helped..

^This is a free web-based decrypter, and it's a beta, but...it works perfect Try it if u need to do some .bin - jpeg. I guarantee this free web-based decrypter will do the job perfectly cuz it has for me. It does everything very fast too.

Hope this helped!

It's just a standard extension for a custom format. No normal graphic app will support it unless it caters for game formats. Real bin would normally be a CD/DVD image file.
