Question Interesting Audio Question - Is this possible?

Hey, I would really appreciate some help with this. This is a little confusing, but I was wondering if there is a way to stream audio directly from your computer and talk over it at the same time. What I mean is, suppose you are chatting via live video and wish to stream audio directly out of your computer(not out of the speakers and into the microphone) to the other person. I am already able to do this, but then they are not able to hear me speak, and I would have to constantly switch between my microphone and the computer audio. Is there a way to do it so they both work at the same time? Here is some of my comp info if you need it:

I am using SoundMax Digital Integrated Audio V5.12.1.3624 for Windows Xp.
My computer is an IBM Intellistation Z Pro type 6221-W11

Thanks!

I figured it out! What I had to do was enable Wave out Mix in "recording", and unmute microphone in "playback". That way when I have Wave Out Mix enabled, I can stream sound out of my computer and my microphone at the same time.
Ok, I have a new question now. I have a mic and speaker jack on the front panel as well as the back one. The headphones work with the front panel, but the mic does not. How do I enable the front panel microphone jack?
