Red face Error while trying to shut down XP

HI, I got this error message since a month ago. It says "Critical error. Cannot unload this service". It will appeared everytime I want to turn off my PC. I used Windows XP Pro. When I click ok, then it will shutting down but with another weird message. It says "Shut down-devil Stop".

I've done the updating and scanning the PC but still not resolve. I also updating the Windows. I don't know what else I can do. Can anyone help me?
