VGA/Video drive problem

I recently reformatted my PC due to nasty virus/ad-ware attack, when the reformatting was over, there were no video/sound drive installed, I fixed the sound problem but when I tried installing different video/VGA drives none seem to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I read other threads with similiar problems but still no success so I would appreciate all the help I can get.
