Internet will not work with windows explorer running
After startup, the internet will work fine for about 2 minutes, then both firefox and IE will give the page cannot be displayed error. The weird thing is if I shut down windows explorer and start firefox/IE from the task manager, the internet works fine.
There is another computer at the house, on which the internet works fine at all times.
