What video card should I get?

Hi I'm looking to get a new video card but don't know exactly which ones are good. I currently play World of Warcraft and getting 20fps, i want to get at least 50+. I'm currently using NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE [Display adapter]

here is my motherboard:
Board: Dell Inc 0UW457 A04

looking in $150 tops price range.

How much ram do you have? 1 GIG minimum and I would say a 7900gt would help. Your PC specs wont let you go much higher, meaning if you bought a 8 series card it wont make much difference.
To get up to 50fps+ you would need a full upgrade.

Video card is definately poor. I have the 7300 GT and that's crap. It's the frame rate bottleneck.
Your CPU is a dual core Athlon 64? I do think you could use better than a 7900.
My preference is Nvidia, since ATI never seem to work right all the time.
