XP user account deleted

i was having two user accounts and one administrator account.By being in the administrator account, i had deleted ( Shift + Delete) one of the user account from Documents and settings without getting any backup and all of its contents were lost.But i have an very important folder on that deleted user account.I have used some recovery softwares and recovered some excel files but the excel files displays encrypted contents/the file is not in recognizable format.

Is ther any possibility to recover the lost folder? and is there anybody can help me?

To be honest mate, i don't fancy your chances. The encryption key is gone for that account.
Try other recovery softs and try again.

I would urge you to make an exact copy of the full drive for safety reasons. Normal operations will overwrite what you are trying to recover on the original drive.
The copy has to be a bit for bit duplicate. Ghost, acronis backup etc will be of no use to you.

The hope is that you can rescue the folder complete, take ownership and the files are yours.
