drivers from HP http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s... 7786&lang=en

before installing the Conexant audio driver you need to install the Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture driver here
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...=228&lang=e n

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions

The VGA.PCI IDE and SMBus are in the Ati video driver here at Ati
http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_ca...=xp/radeonx-xp

read the Installation instructions you need M$ Net Framework installed first

audio is Realtek HD go here http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

Tick I accept the above – wait till site resets then click Next

Download the (Executable file) save to desktop, double click downloaded file on desktop to install

The site is slow

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions

What happened when you tried the Ati driver, a message to say it could not find the Ati product? Did you install the MS Net Framework, look in Device manager / System Devices / is Microsoft Net Framework showing as installed?
