I recently had some trouble with my PC being unable to log onto XP. After trying various things to fix it I re-installed XP. Now though for some reason my PC is not picking up my graphics card or my sound card. All settings I look in say that there is nothing detected. My sound card is intel and video is Asus, and I still have the original disks for installing the drivers but when I try and use them I just get an error message saying that there is no such device on my pc to install the drivers.
Does anyone have a clue whats wrong? Could something like this be a virus or is that not likely?
