XP drivers for SR5120AN

I have a Compaq Presario SR5120AN which struggles under Vista Home Basic.
It runs fast on XP but I'm missing some drivers which seem to make it unstable. It will also crash when I load games.

I fudged the display with some Nvidia one I found.

But these come up in Hardware manager:
?-Other PCI Bridge Device
?-SM Bus Controller

Appreciate any help.

Give me a little while. I'm trying to match up your mainboard with it's real name. Back soon.

Chipset driver: http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_...xp32_8.26.html
Video: http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/GRA...109-WHQL.shtml

Alternatively:
http://driverscollection.com/?H=GeFo...0430&By=NVidia

Chipset driver should resolve the missing devices. Install it first.

It is OEM ECS board, snooker. Similar but not same on ECS site. I found a listing that stated the chipset and video. The drivers I listed should do it. Time will tell.

In my PC (Compaq SR5120AN), Windows XP is not detecting the following...

1. Ethernet controller
2. Video
3. Audio

Installing the above mentioned files would solve the problem?

Many thanks in advance

Thanks

It will certainly help, thiruna. If it doesn't fix all, we should be able to sort it.
