Question can someone recommend a good software to clean up registry entries

Can someone recommend a good software to clean up registry entries?

I suspect that my registry has some bad, duplicate, or just messed up entries.

I don't know enough to use regedit (does anyone?).

In windows 95, I had a program called uninstaller that cleaned the registry real well, but I wouldn't trust it for XP.
