Unhappy No sound after re-install of XP

Hi,

I can see there are a few tech wizards out there who hopefully can help me out?

I recently mistakenly got told by SKY to re-install windows XP which has resulted in no sound.
I have read a few threads and have conducted a Belarc Report (below) which hopefully will help!

Under Sound and audio devices in control panel everything is in dull colour (i.e not accessible?)

Any help will be greatfull! Thanks Luke
