Need help fixing problem

Heres my hijackthis results, mtask manager hs been disabled and sytem is running horribly.

PLEASE NOTE this is an initial recommendation and may not fix everything entirely.

ALSO NOTE I will not be round this site very often so, if there are further troubles, please do not wait for me to return.

In this case please would other ST&T members join in and advise here also.



First you must get rid of one file.

Print these recommendations out as you will be offline for part of this fix.

Reboot to safe mode (usually done by tapping the F8 key on bootup then selecting "safe mode" from the list of options).

Reopen HJT and click on "scan".

Put a tick/check mark next to this entry IF it's still present ...

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [94a727bb] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\nrgtxjop.dll",b

Click "Fix Checked" at the foot of the HJT window.

Close HJT.


Now go to this file (in BOLD) ....

C:\WINDOWS\system32\nrgtxjop.dll"

....and delete it.

Empty your recycle bin.


Reboot to normal mode.

Go to Superantispyware free ....

Superantispyware > http://www.superantispyware.com/

Download & install the free version, update it to the latest definitions and have it run a full scan on your entire systems on the default settings.

Let it fix whatever it finds.


Next run Ccleaner to clean out your system. Get Ccleaner here but ensure you install it WITHOUT the optional Yahoo Toolbar download (untick/uncheck the bottom box of the “install” options after downloading) …

Again, have it run a full scan on your entire systems on the default settings and let it fix whatever it finds.


Reboot to normal mode and use you computer as you would normally do noting any ongoing problems.

Report back on how the computer is operating now. If you are still experiencing difficulties please describe them and post a fresh HJT log as well.
