have you tryed to do it manuely by going to start then search, then type the name of the file and when it finds it right click it delete it. it may not delete it for you but give it a go

delete a program 2

After reading more I have additional information. I tried a manual search but couldn't get any thing. The machine just says it can't find C:\ProgramFiles\ArcSoftSuite\Uninst.isu'. I searched for any file ending in Uninst but no luck. I have the regular version of XP on a HP notebook. The other ArcSoft photo programs were removed by the regular unintall feature.

Help

Deleting a file

If part of the arcsoft suite was uninstalled then the best thing to do is reinstall the application. Look in the All Programs listing for the application and see if there is not an uninstaller listed for the entire program. Let me know if this works and thanks.

uninstall

Did your computer come with an application recovery cd? If so reinstall the application from there and then uninstall it. Was this a custom built pc or was it manufactured by a major company such as gateway, or Sony or one of the more popular manufacturers? If you got the pc and not any of the applications to reinstall then I think you should go talk to the person/ company that you purchased it from. Let me know... Dave

Yes, I have 4 system recovery disks. I deleted the program finally thru the C: drive directory. I never did find the uninstall file, don't know where it went. Thanks for your help, I learn something new every day.
