No. Best you can do is remove all apps, preferably with something like "your uninstaller", but windows uninstall will do.
Use "jv16 powertools" or something to remove lost files and folders and clean the registry.
"Crapcleaner" is a free tool that can remove a wad of stuff.
Use your own eyes to remove folders you know are no longer in use.
There is more you can do, since not all files will be removed, but it depends on your level of knowledge. Return to original install is not possible.
Once you are satisfied you have cleaned all you can, a thorough defrag will work wonders.
