Unhappy virus and adware/spyware problems! please help???

hello everybody, im fairly new to this forum, hopefully you guys can give me some help!! ok here's the deal..
i have some viruses and adware on my pc// it all started when i tried downloading a file, then all of the sudden, my desktop turn blue with a yellow box in the center that says "your computer has detected some spyware intsall some software to detect and remove"" anyways thats the least of my problems,, the other things that happened is that, my desktop icons and start button dissapear after like 5 seconds,,and my task manager has been disabled by administrator, i pretty much cant access anything,, now, my system does seem to work in safe mode, however not completely, i tryed system restore, but the virus erased my restore points and was using it to create only restore points after virus, i cannot connect to the internet either, dont know what to do now!! please help..

Yes, for sure you have a virus.
First think do not share files with any body. Also you new a technician who can eliminate your virus. It is very important to have installed an anti-virus and keep it updated.

go into Safe Mode and see if you can scan from there, also turn off System Restore your antivirus cannot scan those restore points and they just come back

It's not a virus, you have scam software. It's nothing more than a trojan.
Probably disabled your AV

Worth a try, but something like Combofix http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix
would be better.

Start from scratch mate. Your PC is a zombie.
Or you want me to try and get combofix to you?
