windows explorer problem
I am using windows xp. My problem is:
-Windows stop running after wallpaper exist.
-ikon desktop and start menu not appear.
-after that, appear msg "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".
-i cannot do anything because nothing appear in my desktop except wallpaper.
-it occured after i installed some software from internet.
-this problem still happen after i open in safe mode and run taskbar(ctrl+alt+del) by run "explorer" and that msg still appear.please anyone help..
