No sound on my laptop

Hi can someone help me please.
I have a acer Travelmate 291xci
I`m not up to speed on laptops
I`ve deleted some drivers and now i dont have any sound?
I got a legacy audio device and it says ts working but i ant got any sound????????????

This works. navigate through the menu and get the file. I did a test download.

Hi I was wondering whether anyone could help me?
I turned on my laptop last week and no sound...i carried out a systems restore just incase i deleted anything i shouldnt have but its still gone. The only thing i can remember deleting was Skype.. but not sure if that has anything to do with it...?
would be grateful of any suggestions... watching you-tube with no sound is no fun...heheh!! cheers all...x
