Blinking Desktop After Switching Users
Hello,
I am new to this forum, so please bear with me.
Recently, whenever I switch users, my desktop (all of the icons and the Start Bar) blink off and on. The only way to stop this annoying situation is to hit "Ctrl, Alt, Del" , bring up the Task Manager and restart the computer. Please note, that this does not always work the first time. A friend suggested that I run "sfc/scannow" to make sure that all components of Win XP were not corrupted. I did that, to no avail. Does anyone have any other ideas that I could try before I have to reformat and start all over again?
