Share a folder to others

I have two user accounts on a Windows XP Pro computer. One is Administrator and one is normal user. The Administrator account is used to control what software is installed and does not logon the company domain server while the normal account logon to company server once boot up. Can someone tell me how to share a folder of the normal user of this Windows XP Pro computer to one of users in the domain server.
