Making my PC faster

Hi guys I'm =AOD= Reaper2794. I was hoping I could get some help with making my comp faster.

I do many many disk cleanups as well as defragments. These don't really help.

I have like 5 icons on my desktop. I don't have many programs and I have deleted all unnecessary programs. Although some of my real old games like Command and Conquer crap or Sim stuff won't delete for some reason (thru Add/Remove programs)

Any suggestions?

If they wont deleate re install them them go through add and remove programs. How much ram do you have?

I JUST said it doesn't delete through add/remove programs. I got 448 yes I know it's bad. I'm getting 2 gigs soon hopefully.

I agree with Monty,

Re-install the games, this should provide the links and EXE files to be able to make sure you can uninstall the files via Add / Remove

Your not kidding,but does that include Windows "show updates " ?

Um WUT? And my computer is slow due to the ram...

I got space but I got low memory that's why...
