Windows Fax Viewer

Ok I viewed the thread about this program but didn't get an answer really.

What I'm trying to do is make WPFW (Windows Picture and Fax Viewer) my default program for opening PNG files. It used to be but I installed NERO so not the Nero file is the default file. I can't find the location of WPFW so I can't put the location into FileZilla settings. But I should be able to make it my default viewer for my whole comp and not just FZ.

Any Suggestions?
