I tried to remove SuperAntiSpyware from my computer and I received this message: Can not delete dupx.dll:Access is denied

I magically received SuperAntiSpyware on my computer a few days ago. I didn't directly download it, but it's possible that a family member may have downloaded it. It seems to come downloaded with a friend, and not a good one.
