change xp language english to dutch

Hello

Im running an english version of windows xp professional

i'd like to change the language in menu's and dialogs to dutch. I can't get it to work regional and languages options. I have a program called MUI setup.exe but it's the only file in the folder it looks like it's not functioning properly. It doesnt even display the leciense agreement when it should.

ive tried everything, how do i do it?

Have you chosen Dutch language on the Regional Options, Languages (details) and Advanced tabs and reset?

Yes, sorry mate, I should have made mine clearer, but I think he needs the Dutch MUI Pack he'll have to pay for. I can only find it as a torrent.
