sound help for windows XP

i just reinstalled windows xp and im trying to install the sound but every time i try it says its not digitally signed by windows xp, its realtek
my computer is a COMPAQ PRESARIO SR1817CL
if you could give me the link to install the sound that would be great

If it doesn't give you an "Install Anyway" option, then try this:

Right click on my computer, choose the hardware tab, click "Driver Signing", and choose either "Warn", if you want to be warned but given the option to install anyway, or "Ignore", if you want to install it regardless.
