Question save target as Q

Hi guys.



Some files is just it works or play the files when you click on the icons of files and then start with media player for example but the save target as is grays out .

Is that possible to make it available like othe files which can download it with save target as ?

I mean is it some trick or tips can make it possible ?

Some files are activated when you click them, and are played in media player, for example. But the "Save File As" is unselectable
Is that possible to make it available like othe files which can download it with save target as ?
Is it possible to make it so that i can "Save File As" like other files?

Are talking about in an internet browser (Internet Explorer, for example)? if so you should be able to save things just by right clicking on them and choosing "Save Link As" or whatever it is on your browser.

Edit: Oops I didn't realize how old this post was. sorry for bumping it
