Need help with security issue please

Hi...

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows XP (home edition). Prior to the upgrade, I had no problems visiting any site on the net. Since the upgrade, I find I can not access any sites that have the https in the url. I get an error that the page can not be displayed. Is there somewhere in the security settings that I need to change so that I can access sites. I really need to get to my bank account...LOL

It may not be an issue with the secured site (https). Several people are trying this repair. Try it and see if it helps. You may be asked for your installation CD.
