Message: "Due to a serious problem, user interface cannot be changed."
Anyone familiar with this sort of error message.
I get it right after I logon to one of the two identities on my system. This messgae doesn't appear when i log on the other identity.
I close it and I am not having any problems, but i still would like to know what it means.
