Stupid Taskbar

I have windows XP installed on a AMD Athlon 1600.

I have a problem with my taskbar. I can't add the address bar to it. In fact I don't get many of the options that are usually available when you right click on a unused area on the taskbar and then highlight the toolbars option. The only options I get are "desktop, Quick Launch, and New Toolbar"

I have tried unlocking the taskbar, but that doesn't help either.
It has been like this ever since I installed windows xp, professional edition. Even after I installed service pack 1 and many numerous updates, I still dont' get the option to place the address bar in my taskbar.

I just don't get it.

Under the appearance options, look for taskbar. I believe that you can fix the problem using this utility.

I tried that xp-set utility but it doesn't help . Thanks for the tip though.
