Only accounts which are created as Administrator accounts are allowed to install software. Your account is a Limited account thus you don't have the "Administrator Priviliges" necessary to be able to install stuff.

You must log into the Administrator account to install programs. If you don't have the password to log in, then it's been set up that way by the guy who installed windows in the first place, specifically to stop users installing their own software.

If the software is something you need for your studies, speak to the computer admin dept and ask them to install it for you.

The second issue is very probably related to the first one.

Angry Shutdown Problem

After installing update, or even just whenever i try to restart my computer, or shut it down t just sits on OS, and doesn't do anything. I can go do stuff like type this message, and it doesn't even attempted to shutdown.

Does anyone know why it does this and how I can fix it?
