I hope this will do. (Manufacturer wouldn't show up because of the Computer being Built Custom. (As in just Intel Processer & Motherboard and Various shit and No brand name ) )

If this will not ellus the M/B tske the side caover off and there will be a plate on the M/B which will have the model name.
