hi, i had same problem on a mates pc,it was very badly infected, they are a bugger to sort out because the hard drives located under the key pad (im sure its the same model) and a job to get out to format on another pc, it took 3 hours just to get it to start up and use an ultimate boot disk that i have, will it get into safe mode?, you can run spy/virus scanners from there, hit power and keep tapping f8 or f5 i think to get into safe. the main problem is even if you do get it to run it wont run long enough to stay on the net to download spy/virus software and you might have to get an ultimate boot disk,i got a really good one off ebay for obout 7 quid which puts a sort of fake xp with loads of stuff like spybot and virus scanners that you can run from there, you put it in the cd tray then power up and it auto runs... good luck.
