I read a thread on here related to Quick Launch, but it didn't actually address my issue. I've checked other forums as well, but haven't found the answer yet. My issue is that every time I reboot my PC the Quick Launch toolbar disappears. I've verified multiple times that all the settings EVERYWHERE are properly set for it to display normally, but when I right click on the taskbar at the bottom, and look under Toolbars all I see checked is Language Bar, which I don't even really know what that is. I've run both of my Reg Cleaners, but it still comes up like this everytime.
Any Ideas?
