To start off I found this site from
this thread. So I've looked through it but it didn't seem to help.
So, I've decided to delete a couple unwanted accounts on my PC. I did the normal way, went through start menu and all that jazz. I end up with
this. The delete account button is stuck down as if it were being pressed on along with the description of what the button does and of course the hourglass.
Next I had asked on another forum for help and this girl linked me to
this page. If you scroll down you'll see Delete User Account. Right click on My Computer, click Manage and that's when something seems fishy/odd.

As you can see between Shared Folders and Performance Logs and Alerts there should be an icon that says Local Users and Groups. I don't have that. At all. Nowhere to be seen.
Anyone know how to fix this/delete these unwanted accounts?
