Problem with installing USB driver

I just bought a new motherboard MSI 845 PE Max. Everything works just fine, but I got a little problem with installing a USB driver. I downloaded the latest drivers from MSI website, and when I'm trying to install them, Windows asks for "EHCI Driver Installation Disk". Ofcourse I don't have it. And after that, the installation fails.
Any ideas what's the problem?

Oh, and the system specs are:
Windows XP Pro (without SP1), Celeron 2 GHz, 256 MB 333 MHz.

When the install asks for your disk point it to where you saved your downloaded driver.
