How do I get rid of dangerous files?

Hi,
I`m new to this site and pretty much new to computers.
I have been on the Software Tips & Tricks site. On it, is a list of 236 Command or Data files, most of which should`nt be on a computer. How do I get rid of these files.
I`d appreciate some advice.
Thanks.

The files listed under Dangerous Files, are mostly viruses and malware, and the chances of you having all or most of them are pretty slim.

However, if you think you have, try to identify the name of the problem(s), then click on the link in the list (if it's there), for more information and removal instructions.
