Dell GX280 and XP PRO restore

I have a Dell GX280 with XP PRO and due to a virus I had to do a complete restore from the Dell CD restore disk. The restore seemed to work OK but I cannot access the internet. I have a wireless connection and Windows says there is no driver for the Ethernet controller, As I cannot access the internet I cannot download the driver. I am out of my depth here - can anyone provide info on how I can get the internet working, The other computer on the network (in my house is working OK). Any advice would be appreciated.

Assuming you don't have the original driver disk which came with the Ethernet Controller, have you (on the other computer), searched for drivers for the make and model of controller you have?

If you can find them, download and copy them and install them on the errant machine.

If you can't find them, post the make and model here and details of your system (OS and basic specs) and hopefully we can be of more help.
