win32 error message

Hi. Trying to install a tool, recommended by AOL, due to connection problems but the following error message comes up and the file will not install.

'BB_modem_setup.exe is not a valid win32 application'

I am not a technophobe but nor am I a computer genius so any help would be appreciated.

Can you download it from another location? As the file may be corrupt.
