Unhappy Reinstalled Windows and can't connect to the internet

So, I had a friend reinstall Windows because it was slowing way down. He also installed Linux (that's how I can access the internet now). But unfortunately, I can't access it with Windows because I'm missing an Ethernet connection? I need Intel(R) network connectors and adapters? Is there a way to get them through Linux?

Linux and Windows drivers are not interchangeable.
To get the Windows driver for your network adapter you need to visit your motherboard manufacturer's support web pages, or the PC manufacturer's support web pages if it's a well-known brand.

Obviously you need to know the make & model of your motherboard for the first option, or the make/model of the PC for the second option.
If you don't know that information, download 'Belarc Advisor' from here:
http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

Run it to produce a system information list, and if you need to, you can post it here for us to have a look at and advise you further.
