Question Add Word Icon to system tray

I'm very new to Windws XP Professional. I need to add the Microsoft Word icon to the system tray or on the bottom toolbar somehow.

Anyone know how to do that? With W2K you could just drag it.

Many thanks.

You can do it the same way in XP.

You can also put a shortcut to frequently used documents on the Quick Launch bar
